It always amazes me when I see a Realtor posting picture of a property blurry or dark and puts it up on the internet for the world to see. If you are a seller you might as well reduce the price of your home now. Pictures are everything in today’s market, 87% of all buyers start their search on line and first stop before even reading the remarks they look at the photos. This is a picture of a 3.1 million dollar home and the commissions sellers pay, well you should hire a Realtor like me who takes the time to hire a professional photographer.
