I mean where do I start? From start to finish Madelaine controlled my transaction with the upmost professionalism and diligence. Always had my back in negotiations and made sure I got the highest price for my home. I literally told her the price I wanted and she coached me on the best strategy to get to that price and she overdelivered because we got OVER ASKING!!! There were many times that I was going to let my ego get in the way of making the deal close but time and time again she was there to make sure we stayed the course and got the deal done. On top of that, she was very available when it came to helping to pick out finishes, giving constructive feedback on improvements on the home (getting it ready for sell), and most importantly helping out with the staging, which turned out to be amazing. Went above and beyond the scope of her work and it’s not even a question that I will be using her to sell all of my houses moving forward.
