We worked together to sell our house and a condo, and to buy a condo. We decided to not sell-buy, but Madeline did a lot of work in the work that we did do. That included lots of detail work on two different condos we almost bought.

She worked closely with me to rework the condo – and it basically was sold the instant it was listed. We had 8 offers in 3 days, and were able to exceed our list price by a nice margin. And then stayed very close on the escrow detail and we closed right on time on a fast escrow. I would definitely work with Madeline again.
