I thought you did a great job for Neil in his purchase of the condo. I especially appreciated your kindness in driving me around to look at the condos and the fact that you were always available to answer questions for Neil and I. Since Neil was a first time buyer, he had plenty of questions. Finally, I most appreciated your candor. My experience with many realtors has been that the goal is the sale and the buyer’s needs are secondary. You always spoke your mind even if it might adversely affect the sale. You gave good advice.
